History & Management

Our Westwood Park Villa buildings were constructed in 1999. We are locally owned by a private partnership in the Seattle area. The Resident Manager, Leslie, has lived on-site and been the manager for four years. Since this is her home, Leslie takes a personal interest in caring for the property and its residents. She "runs a tight ship" when it comes to issues like noise, drugs, and criminal activity, and has a good reputation in the neighborhood. We enjoy hiring our own residents for cleaning, groundscare, and assistant manager positions.

Layout

Westwood Park Villa is a fenced, limited-access community consisting of two buildings with a scenic courtyard area in the middle. We offer 25 condo-style apartment homes in the A-building, and 24 in the B-building. Ground floor units have patios, many with outdoor trees, plants, and flowers.

People & Pets

Westwood Park Villa is a diverse, close-knit community consisting of people from various backgrounds. We welcome everyone who meets our requirements, including families with children. Indoor cats are allowed with an extra deposit, but we are dog-free. (Other pets are considered on a case-by-case basis).

Laundry Facilities

All of our apartment homes are equipped with washers and dryers. (Water usage is independently metered).

The Apartment Interiors

At Westwood Park Villa, each apartment home has a private balcony or patio. Third-floor units have cathedral ceilings, giving them a "lofty" ambience. Our modern kitchens are equipped with all appliances (including self-cleaning oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal) with adjoining dining area featuring a large picture window. The apartment is phone and cable ready with phone jacks. High speed internet access is available through the phone and cable companies, so you have lots of options! We offer electric baseboard heating, and many of our apartment homes have a gas fireplace in the living room.

Parking

Westwood Park Villa has a fenced, limited-access parking area, which requires a remote control for entry and exit. With our assigned parking, you can be assured of having your own spot.

Utilities

All utilities are billed to you monthly by the local utility companies.

No-Smoking Policy

We do not allow smoking inside any of our buildings. However, smokers may feel free to smoke on balconies or patios, as long as they use an ash tray.
