Lease Lengths

We offer your choice of a 6-month or 12-month lease (move-in specials may vary depending on lease length).

Application & Screening

 Prior to move-in, all prospective residents who are 18 or older must fill out a Rental Application and pay the $35 non-refundable screening fee. Applicants must present valid picture ID (such as a driver's license, state ID card, or passport) and proof of Social Security Number (or immigration status paperwork).

Screening includes:

  • Verifying the information provided on the Rental Application.
  • Confirming income for the past 12 months to verify that the household income is at least three times the rent.
  • Contacting present and previous landlords for rental history.
  • Obtaining a credit report from a credit reporting agency.
  • Reviewing public records including criminal, court, and sex offender records.
  • Checking personal references
